How we review providers and credentials
1. Listing review
Every company is reviewed by our team before it's published. We confirm the business exists, operates the services it lists, and serves the locations it claims.
2. Credential review
Providers can submit accreditations and certifications. We check each one with the issuing organization, recording the scope, expiration date and review date.
3. Clear labels
Credentials are shown as Independently verified, Provider-reported, or Expired. Requirements differ by facility, regulator and application — always confirm which standards apply to your project.
4. Sponsored placement
Providers on paid plans may receive labeled sponsored placement. Sponsorship never affects verification status and is never presented as certification.
